Carriers, Timelines, & Cost
Shipping rate includes a $5 handling fee. Unless it is a bulk order (over 50 units), UPS shipments will ship same day if order is placed before 12pm ET. USPS shipments will ship the following 1-2 business days depending on what time the order is placed. Order arrival dates shown at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Locations
The Appraisal Foundation® only ships to locations within the United States and Canada.
Tracking Your Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to failed deliveries, refused shipments, or undeliverable orders.

What if my organization is tax exempt, can that status be applied to our orders?
Yes. Please email lisa@appraisalfoundation.org to confirm your tax exempt status. Tax exempt status must be approved prior to ordering. Orders with tax applied will not be refunded once placed.
I ordered the wrong digital version. Can I return or exchange it?
No. All sales of digital products are final except in the case of duplicate orders as outlined in the return policy..
